"While working from home is great, I have colleagues who I have not met in person, which kind of stinks. We do have an office and we did use it before the pandemic, but since then we realized it's not really practical… We're based in New York City, a lot of people in 2020 moved out of New York City, some as far as Seattle, others in Phoenix, in Chicago and me and another colleague started here during the pandemic in Philly… It's like a little strange, not having so much interaction with your colleagues on the day-to-day, certainly different from what I used to do. But that said, we do do trips and we're together when we're on site and things like that, but certainly not being fully remote all the time, you know, would definitely be a little less appealing."
